{"id":83,"date":"2004-02-21T15:57:24","date_gmt":"2004-02-21T14:57:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/wp.devco.net\/?p=83"},"modified":"2009-10-09T17:27:58","modified_gmt":"2009-10-09T16:27:58","slug":"first_nikon_d70_reviews","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.devco.net\/archives\/2004\/02\/21\/first_nikon_d70_reviews.php","title":{"rendered":"First Nikon D70 reviews"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I am dying to get my hands on a Nikon D70 that was announced last December and again in January, so far they are not in the shops and no-one can get their hands on demo models to write about them.<br \/>\nA <a href=\"http:\/\/www.letsgodigital.org\/html\/firstlook\/nikon\/d70\/nikon_D70_EN01.html\">few<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dpreview.com\/articles\/nikond70\/\">preview<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.digitalreview.ca\/cams\/NikonD70_intro.shtml\">reviews<\/a> have been published but nothing major yet, I came across <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kenrockwell.com\/nikon\/d70.htm\">another<\/a> today that was not mentioned before by a non-commercial reviewer and so far I have to say I cannot wait to get my old kit sold and buy the new camera.<br \/>\nThe annoying thing is Nikon is not doing anything at this point to feed the hype, even the sample images that were released are of pre-production models and traditionally the difference in quality can be massive.
