{"id":7,"date":"2003-04-07T22:10:42","date_gmt":"2003-04-07T21:10:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/wp.devco.net\/?p=7"},"modified":"2009-10-09T17:40:25","modified_gmt":"2009-10-09T16:40:25","slug":"coolpix_5700_strap","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.devco.net\/archives\/2003\/04\/07\/coolpix_5700_strap.php","title":{"rendered":"Coolpix 5700 strap"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I bought the Coolpix 5700, its a very good camera but I must say Nikon must be kidding with the accessories, especially considering the \u00a3820 price tag.<br \/>\nThey give a <b>16Mb Memory Card<\/b> with a <b>5 Megapixels<\/b> camera, that is completely useless.<br \/>\nThe strap supplied with the camera is short and rather rough, it used to srape my neck and hurt all the time.  The end result is that I am now in the market for a new neck strap, and this seems to be a trial and error process.  What I would really like is a strap with a swivel connector to prevent the constant twisting.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><br \/>\nToday I got <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jessops.com\/search\/viewproduct.cfm?PRODUCT=JESCSNB\">this<\/a> strap from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jessops.co.uk\">Jessops<\/a> for \u00a310 and so far I like it, its nice and soft around the neck but unfortunatly no swivel \ud83d\ude41  The strap has quick release latches to remove the bulk of the strap from the camera, I will find this very usefull on the tripod as the straps always seem to get in the way.<br \/>\n<center><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.devco.net\/photography\/equipment\/images\/5700strap.jpg\"><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I bought the Coolpix 5700, its a very good camera but I must say Nikon must be kidding with the accessories, especially considering the \u00a3820 price tag.
