I bought the Coolpix 5700, its a very good camera but I must say Nikon must be kidding with the accessories, especially considering the £820 price tag.

They give a 16Mb Memory Card with a 5 Megapixels camera, that is completely useless.

The strap supplied with the camera is short and rather rough, it used to srape my neck and hurt all the time. The end result is that I am now in the market for a new neck strap, and this seems to be a trial and error process. What I would really like is a strap with a swivel connector to prevent the constant twisting.

Today I got this strap from Jessops for £10 and so far I like it, its nice and soft around the neck but unfortunatly no swivel 🙁 The strap has quick release latches to remove the bulk of the strap from the camera, I will find this very usefull on the tripod as the straps always seem to get in the way.
