You can get the upgrade <a href=\"https:\/\/secure.sixapart.com\/t\/account\">here<\/a> and the changelog is <a href=\"http:\/\/www.movabletype.org\/docs\/mtchanges.html#3.15%20(2005.01.24)\">here<\/a>.<br \/>\nAnnoyingly this does not fix the known problem with email notifications not working so this is the 2nd release from Movable Type that has this bug and requires you to fiddle the source to fix it.
